En Route Communication has stopped doing business. We were formerly a consulting firm focused on organizational process, leadership development and support, and creative content management, with offices in the Washington DC metro area and Sarasota, Florida.

We stopped doing business as En Route Communication LLC in the early 2020's, when both principals retired.

It was our privilege and pleasure to support many dedicated, dynamic, creative, and inspiring leaders and developing leaders in world-class organizations for several decades. We miss you all. Thank you for becoming our friends.
